Founder/ Quentan McGuire
Quentan McGuire is a highly accomplished Film/TV Producer with an extensive background spanning over a decade producing unscripted and scripted narrative storytelling. His proficiency spans across various areas, including Development, P&A, Brand Management, Pre Production, Physical Production, and Distribution.
Quentan is dedicated to fostering connections among the emerging generation of storytellers by facilitating equitable, interactive, and immersive experiences. He is committed to building a robust Creators' Economy that champions content production and prioritizes the principles of Representation, Ownership, Diversity , and Community for Creatives of Color.
Co-Founder/ EJ Johnson
As a Business & Technology Delivery Consultant and Release Manager EJ bridge the gap between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring that project deliverables and timelines are consistently met. My role involves:
- Collaborating with various teams to execute and deliver system changes associated with our work products.
- Coordinating quarterly releases, which have led to the creation of a new data management system and graphical user interface.
- Leading weekly client meetings to discuss metrics, risks, dependencies, and best approaches to counteract potential issues.
- Managing changes to project scope and schedule costs using precise verification techniques.
- Ensuring compliance with governance criteria for both development and emergency release activities.
